On May 15, 2024, in Fujita Rashi Kougyou Co., Ltd., we held the QCC Convention.

Eleven teams around the world presented their activities, including eight teams from Japan and three teams selected in Fujita Global Locations such as Fujita Rashi (Thailand) Co.,LTD. , Fujita Rashi China, and PT. Fujita Rashi Indonesia.

The members from FRT, FRC and FRIA visited our Okazaki Production Facility and Toyota Office and toured FRJ production facility, including that are not available at their own sites, such as the Geomet coating process facility and Rack Sorters. They also met with Japanese employees who interact through the daily work. The participants expressed their enthusiasm, saying that they were surprised at the difference between FRJ and their own locations, and that they would like to apply what they learned to future improvements.
